Say hello to our restricted access
One of Pletly’s missions is to integrate the entire circle of care into a unified ecosystem. This makes care coordination and communication more streamlined and efficient, subsequently elevating the quality of care provided. At the heart of the circle of care is the care recipient themselves. Given the diverse skills and cognitive capabilities of care recipients, it's crucial to offer ways to safeguard and customize their experience within Pletly.
Our initial solution to this challenge is the introduction of Restrictive and Unrestrictive modes in Pletly Pal. Care recipients with the necessary skills and cognitive understanding can use Pletly Pal via their personal accounts. Meanwhile, caregivers have the option to set the care recipient's user mode to "Restrictive." This prevents actions like posting, deleting, and commenting, while still enabling the care recipient to be a part of the ecosystem. This approach allows them to offer insights into their lives and care through their own devices.
Encourage your care recipient to log into Pletly Pal, using either Restrictive or Unrestrictive mode, to actively involve them in their own circle of care.
